I have a product offering catalog, I want to view it on service portal.
I have created a new category as per my project needs which do not fall under any of the OOTB service catalogs. How can i attach the product offering category to service portal and also how can i reuse my product offering to display on service portal for ordering .?

Did you mean the product offerings you work on are based on Sales and Order management application?
If yes, this product offerings are used when a customer purchase a product offering. Additionally, ServiceNow doesn't provide to reuse a product offering in customer portal at Xanadu.
However, I hope this function will be applicable for future release.

yes. you need to create an additional service catalog item to show a product offering in customer portal in Xanadu.

@MalayanurKR go to navigation search portals
under service portal open portals.
select service portal and in related list tab catalogs click edit button
select your created catalog.
after that it will reflect in service portal
