Active Directory Groups maintenance in the CMDB

Did anyone explore a way of connecting to Active Directory and pull in the AD Groups into the CMDB?

Please let me know if anyone had experienced a solution towards it.

Hi arunv,

perhaps what you need to do is:

• install MID Server on the same network you Active Directory
• provide credentials in ServiceNow for Active Directory
• Setup LDAP Data Source with proper settings of parameters: OU, DC and so on... 

additionally you may observer OOTB example of  group import via LDAP (same as Active Directory)
