Adding a CC to an email notification that will pull from a field in Service Catalog

Hi All,
I would like to add a CC to an email notification, however I need the CC name to come from a field in the request item. Is this possible?

Thank you for responding.
I am pretty new to all this. Are you able to break it down a bit more for me? I was actually going to use the sc_task table because the condition "additional comments" on the task page will need to trigger the email notification.
So the scenario is.... if additional comments is updated on the task page, then an email notification will go out to the requester and the alternate contact....This information (requester and alternate contact (cc) )will need to be pulled from the fields on the requested item page. Do this make sense or am I confusing it?
