Hi all,
When adding a new card/task to a VTB, there is a difference in behaviour depending on whether it is data driven or freeform. A user has asked if it is possible to have the behaviours be consistent. i.e. When adding a task on a freeform board, the full view of the card displays, because if a filter is applied as soon as you add the task and complete the short description, the card disappears.
Freeform:

Ok. I don't think you can do anything about it. Thats how it is built on ServiceNow.

Hi,
As in the screenshots, when you click to create a task in freeform, you have to enter the short description to create the task, then you can double click it to bring up the full view. With data driven if you create a task, you immediately get the full view.
