external user access to ServiceNow

Could someone please help share the possible ways to enable external user (dealers, channel partners) access to ServiceNow. Creating guest AD account is one option, what are the other possible ways, okta/peoplesoft/ login via google, etc.?

Trigger a notification for appointment

I want to trigger a notification 15 Minutes before the appointment time on the incident ticked , based on the time given on the appointment field. it should trigger form assigned_to to the caller. pls help me with best way.ThankYou in Advance
