Advanced reference filter

Hi all. 

I defined and advanced reference filter on an attribute on a form. The reference filter is:

javascript:"company.u_country=" + current.u_country

On the form it's working.

I added the same filter on the same attribute on a portal widget and it does not work

Any help?
