Hi All,
I have a requirement that “Time worked” is automatically tracked in ServiceNow.
We make use of the “Time card management (com.snc.time_card)” plugin and that is working for us.
The Time worked field has a counter that acts like a stopwatch for the duration of the time spent in a task.
We want to make use of the Agent Workspace, but the “Time Worked” field type is not supported in the Agent Workspace.
Adding the field to the Agent Workspace results “*Field type timer is not supported.”
Does anyone here have a brilliant idea of how automatic time registration via the agent workspace is possible?

Currently this is not supported and trying to implement this would be difficult. I suggest you vote for this feature on the idea portal. It is already submitted, so take and look and if this matches what you want, vote for it.

Nice work everyone. I just saw a notification that the "Idea" has been promoted to under review. The process is working. Keep voting.

Not sure why this was missed out. This is one feature that is really holding few teams to make Agent workspace as the default interface. Hope ServiceNow takes care of this at the earliest or provides a good workaround.
