AI Indexed Source - Index all table stuck

Hello Team,

 

I have created a new AI Indexed Source in Scoped application on a custom table.

Clicked on "Index All Tables". When checking the the Indexed Source history the record shows "not_Started" . I have waited for more than 24 hours but it hasn't changed.

To test I when tried to Index a record that we have OOB in Global scope with the name "Knowledge Table" . Still the same.

In the event queue when filtered with ais_index all of them show "Ready" none of them is "processed" ..

Hi Atul,

 

I had already checked that post . But at that post was more than 3 years before I was expecting some kind of fix till now hence the query. If there aren't any other options I will log the ticket
