We were doing a POC on AI Search adoption and the prerequisites were already enabled on our instance and during our exploration we learnt that the current Global search in our instance was using Zing search, which is non-AI search and we wanted to replace it with the AI Search...
We additionally found that there is a migration tool that is provided that can assist in migrating the ZInf Search to the AI search, thereby creating the Indexed sources, Search sources, Search Profile and the Search application,
however when we undertook this journey, we landed in a showstopper while running the migration process.
When we selected the related Zing search to progress with the migration, received the below error and the migration failed.
Don't seem to find a way around this or any community post with concrete answers around it.
Any direction in this would help to progress this use case...
[Converter] Error: Table: problem is expected to create an Indexed Source only through the "AI Search Index Sources" plugin. Please activate this plugin before running the migration job

Just to update here,
We entitlement was given to 'AI Search Index Sources' in ServiceNow store and 'Advanced AI Search Management Tools' was additionally installed
Post that the error to upgrade “AI Search For Next Experience” was resolved and the Migration tool was able to work

Hello,
On my side, I installed AI Search Assist (Plugin id: com.snc.ai_search_assist) Family plugin and AI Search For Next Experience (App id: sn_aisearch_global) plugin.
On the application manager, I see that AI Search Index Sources (com.glide.ais.index_sources) is part of AI Search For Next Experience (App id: sn_aisearch_global).
I followed the "Guided setup" and it went well.
Try to install AI Search For Next Experience (App id: sn_aisearch_global).
Regards,
Christophe

This plugin -AI Search Assist (Plugin id: com.snc.ai_search_assist) is already installed in our instance.
The 'AI Search For Next Experience' plugin is also installed, but noticed the version we have is 4.0.4 and latest is 4.0.6.
Let me try to update the plugin and redo and revert here

@christophenow Yes that plugin seems to be in the new version of 'AI Search For Next Experience' in 4.0.6
However it does not allow me to proceed with the attached error- it's not paid plugin, i am guessing, right as we already have previous version?
(Also I dont have access to the store- will need to further check with my team)
