alignment of form button in service operations workspace.

In service operations workspace , how can I move "change change request" button in "..." (which is in the corner) menu list?

note: "create change request" also have some dropdown buttons, I have to move all these in "..." menu list

sorry , but this does not provide me the solution , I am working on service operations workspace
