Borders are missing for fields in Service Operation workspace

Hi,

 

We have noticed that after the Australia upgrade, the borders are missing for some of the fields, like description and Resolution Notes in the Service Operation workspace. When clicking on the fields, the borders are visible for the fields Description and Resolution Notes. working fine in the native view.

I’m not able to reproduce this issue on my end. Could you please repair or update the SOW plugin and check again? Let me know if the issue still persists.

Border is not showing up for fields in workspace. 

if you are sure it was working fine before upgrade and no changes were done in instance then raise a case with ServiceNow

Hi @sujan0119 

 

It seems SOW Theme is having some issue post upgrade.

 

  • Repair Service Operation Workspace plugin (sn_sow_itsm_cont) plugin
  • Clear the instance cache using Cache.do in Navigator and enter

You issue should be resolved.
