Are bundles still a legacy item in ServiceNow? Has anything changed since Eureka? I am struggling to see the purpose they serve as it pertains to ordering a bundle from the Service Catalog. It does not list the components on the item when you order and I do not think there is a way to list the components without doing some fancy scripting. Is it best practice to just use an order guide for bundled requests e.g. Software Engineer Workstation or New Employee hire. It seems to me that bundles are best used for grouping assets and keep them out of Service Catalog. So I guess the answer I am looking for is, should the order guide be used to mimic the items contained within a certain bundle, instead of adding a bundle as an option to order from the catalog?

I haven't used bundles in years (we disable the module link for all of our clients so they don't get used) and according to the SN wiki they are legacy and are replaced by order guides.

I wouldn't use a bundle unless you absolutely cannot find a way to do what you want with order guides or a standalone catalog item.

Awesome. That was the answer I was hoping for.
Thanks
