Call outs on Guided Tours

Just getting started looking at Guided tours which looks absolutely amazing..... however, when creating a new guided tour, the callouts are appearing as letters and when I add one, i'm getting an error that it's not found in the current view

Anyone run into this?

Callouts are numbers since they are showing you sequence of callouts.

Not found is current view means the field you are trying to add in callout is not in current form view.

You can switch to your form view where you field is present and then create guided tour.

I'm in the process of creating the tour and am on the form that I want to create the tour for. I guess I'm not following what you're saying. Here's what I do step by step... Maybe I wasn't' clear in my original post.

1. Go to Guided Tour
2. Click Create Tour
3. Name the tour
4. Pic an application page name - in this instance.... Incident
   
5. I leave the roles blank so everyone can have access to the tour
6. I drag a callout to a field, type the instructions I want to display and then click Save
   
7. There is is no indication on my form of where the callout was added and the Steps show 'Not found in current view'

The letters shown instead of graphics is a known problem (PRB935838), see KB0647797. This is also discussed in the comments here.

Thanks Martin . That fixed the Letters instead of callout issue.
