screenshot is example related list on change request record.

i've read about system definition/ relationships but do not see the corresponding entries for the related list circled below also know  as incident.rfc  - i can not find "incidents pending change" anywhere, where is this defined? i tried looking in other 'related list' tables to no avail. obviously something is driving the name for this list, just haven't sniffed out where it is. thank you!

Hi,

Hope this helps!

If you open any existing change request and go to Configure > Related Lists you will find the one there. Check the higlighted one in screenshot.
find_real_file.png

Name on the form is Incidents Pending Change (or Incidents Fixed By Change). It can be seen/changed using Incidents Pending Change realted list > right click on the header > Configure > List Control. Check following screenshots.

i will try to raise the ticket with HI team and reply to this thread if i get any answers.

Thanks,

Teju

HI,

i need to check the script written for the OOB Related lists i.e how it is defined.

Thanks,

so afterall i believe my original question was phrased incorrectly and which is what Teju is ultimately after as well, that being SEEING the relationship of this related list found on Change record where it matches over on the Incident record. Seems like other related lists are paired up where you can find the complementing 'sister' related list on the other record type. So in this case we see it on Change record, but not its complement on Incident record.

However, the way i stated the question was more focused on "how does this list get its name" and you have showed us that! so will mark as correct answer.
