Hi Team,

How to configure additional fields in HR workspace case creation? Few fields like opened for description are getting disappeared and not sure why its happening.

you need to check the UI builder component corresponding to that Case Creation.

what is the form view you are using for the case creation page? you can go to core UI and configure different fields you need for this specific view used in the workspace

@aneta_koleva , Even if the fields present in default view in workspace its not showing

then maybe the workspace is not using the default view. what other views you have for this table?
