Catalog Item Search

Hi All,

I have created a couple of new Catalog Items and are active in the Maintain Items table. But when I search from them in the Global Search, it says that the name does not match any items.

These items belong to an active category, no available for and not available for records for the item and the category. No search checkbox is false. Please suggest.

We got this issue fixed. The issue was because the Scheduled Job 'text index events process' was stuck.

Generally it should come. If not we need to check whether the mapping is there or not between item and category or catalog in below tables:
