Catalog item variables on RITM list view.

Hi Experts,

Good Day!

                              I am facing an issue adding catalog item variable to RITM list. Below is the process i have done:

1) I have copied the sys_id of the variable.

2) opened the lists and went to sc_req_item default view and added the variable by clicking new.

3) when i opened the sc_req_item table i couldn't see the new variable.

Could you please assist me or advise me how to get this done?

you need to add like variables.your_variable_sys_id
