Copy change with user confirmation

I need to ask user confirmation like "Are you sure want to copy this change request?" if they say yes then copy the change else dont do anything.

Its very simple.

go to UI action and look for Copy change UI Action.

https://xxxx.service-now.com/sys_ui_action.do?sys_id=eb0f43eb9fa331002920bde8132e7072 // OOB one.

Do change like below.
