Agree with Alp, contact your ServiceNow account manager.
While some community members might know figures about their company/contract, rates could differ per environment/contract, etc.. Also, figures known a few months ago, could be totally different now. ServiceNow is changing the licensing very often.
As it comes to licensing, Community is absolutely a wrong place to ask 🙂
