Create an request item report that shows all approvers

Hi All,

I'm trying to run a Request Item report that shows all of the approvers involved.

Currently I have only been able to report on the last person that has approved with the addition of the Approval History.

Is there a way to display all of the approvers?

Thanks for replying on this.

I'm reporting on the Approval[sysapproval_approver] table.

And the only filter I have is on short description as I am trying to see who have approved access to the following service catalogue item.

Can you try to apply the filter by catalog item and see if that makes any difference.

Please refer screenshot for reference. You have to dot-walking to get to those fields.
