Yes, ServiceNow has Customer Service Management (CSM).

As mentioned previously, CSM is ServiceNow's CRM tool, otherwise you can create your own solution.

Reference documentation has already been supplied above as well.

Please refer to that or speak with a ServiceNow Account Executive for more information.
