CSDM 4.0 Hierarchy relationship diagram with real time example diagram

Hello All,

I need your help in CSDM 4.0 Hierarchy relationship? Is it Business Application or Business Service would be a Parent? I am really confused which one to be parent and child?

Is there any example which can show which one to be choose as Parent and Child. From Starting - Parent to Child relationships
Eg: - Business Service (Parent) >> Servers (Child) >> Data Base >> SQL

or
Business Application (Parent) >> Servers >> Data Base >> SQL etc.

Or Business Application (Parent) >> Service Offering >> Application Service or Techincal Service (Examples)

or 

Business Service (Parent) >> Business Application >> Servers (Child) >> Data Base >> SQL

I need a clear understanding with a real time example diagram or flow or pictorial representation. Please help me in this regard.

Many Thanks posting this images. Still am little bit confused when it comes to ServiceNow.
In our environment we have

Services/Applications - Packrep, MECMDP, Print etc.
Servers (Windows, Linux, ESX)
Application Servers ( Tomcat/BEA Weblogic/IBM Websphere/Java/JBoss/Domino/Web Servers)
Database Server (DB2/MSSQL/MySQL/Oracle/Sybase)
Database Instance (DB2/HBase/MongoDB/SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/Sybase)
Network
Storage
UPS

Now here Do we need to relate these servers to Business Services or Business Applications. Can you please tell which one would be Parent and Which one would be Child?

And also When this Portfolio Manager will come into picture?

Look like you are missing the basis here. I recommend have a look at CSDM 4.0 white paper or my CSDM playlist. You will get clarity.
