Custom knoweldge article not found error

We extended the knowledge article table by creating a custom table called “Policies” and began publishing articles. However, following the Xanadu upgrade, the custom articles (Policies) are no longer appearing in the out-of-the-box search. Additionally, when these articles are tagged to a topic, the URL returns a “Knowledge not found” error.
ServiceNow support has not been helpful, as this is a custom table. Do you have any suggestions for fixing the URL issue and ensuring the articles appear in the search results?
