Hi,

How to edit the form layout of cases in the CSM portal. For example I need to add fields in the form. I am attaching the form view which I need to edit.

@Nandhinisri ,

1) Navigate to 'Standard Ticket Configuration' :

2) Open CSM case record and add fields in 'Info fields'  which you want to show on the portal:

Added fields will show on the widget.
