I’ve faced this issue before. If the Dictionary entry option is not visible when you right-click on the field name, it might be due to performance issues on the form.

Please double-check if you have any Client Scripts or UI Policies applied to the form. Sometimes, a large number of scripts or heavy logic can impact performance, which may prevent certain right-click options (like "Show Dictionary") from loading properly.

I suggest disabling them temporarily and trying again to see if the dictionary option becomes visible.
