Hi @mahesh_03 ,

Those are compleately 2 diffrence thing...

1. ITSM > This is used to manage your internal or external IT services.

2. CSM > This is used to manage your customer and their services.

Example :

Lets say you own an ''XOX Burgers'' Shop.

So here , ITSM will deal with all the IT realted issues for your ''XOX burger'', like requesting new device, if network is broken, software installation or management.

and, CSM will deal with your customers management who buy your burgers. Eg.  it provides service and support that your external customers need.

IT Service Management is intended to provides services to employees to assist with their Information Technology needs which might include fixes to computers, access to applications, trouble shooting, etc.  Generally speaking, this is intended for internal company employees and contractors.  IT Service Management generally includes Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management at it core and is surrounded by Request Management and knowledge base an a Configuration Management Database to associate items to owners and applications.
Customer Service Management is intended to provide service management to customers of an organization.  This shares some similarities to IT Service Management as it would include requests and a knowledge base, but the end user, or requestor, is often external to the organization.  And the service types are not limited to IT but could include anything from product repairs, building maintenance, general questions, applications for services, permits, warranty returns, etc.
I am sure others can provide more examples.
