Disable Subscribe-button on KNowledge article

Hi!

Is there a way to disable the "Subscribe" feature on Knowledge articles?

The button is visible on kb_view ui page

You can set the property "glide.knowman.enable_km_subscription" to false to disable knowledge subscription. Refer our documentation on how to configure knowledge subscription for more details.

Hi Mathias,

 

Please follow below steps:

 

  1. Navigate to Knowledge > Administration > Properties.
  2. In the KM Subscription Properties section, configure the following properties.
    PropertyDescription
    Enable subscribe feature for KM

    [glide.knowman.enable_km_subscription]

    Enables or disables the Knowledge Management knowledge subscriptions feature.

There is an ootb business rule 'Auto subscribe author,reviser & kb owner' which will automatically adding subscriptions for the knowledge base owners:
/nav_to.do?uri=sys_script.do?sys_id=0edcef8367003200d358bb2d07415a05
