Display List of Approved SaaS in Knowledge Article

Hi,
One of our catalog items is to request the approval of a SaaS, eg Monday.com, ServiceNow etc. After these are approved, we need to record that service is approved and for who (eg only marketing dept etc).
Historically this has been stored on a Confluence Page in a table (that actually pulls data from JIRA) that can be sorted/filtered in a way similar to Excel can.

I am seeking ideas of how to move this to SN and a Knowledge article. I don't know if the Knowledge articles can do the dynamic filtering/sorting as above. Another idea i am thinking about is a separate Knowledge Base completely (ie that is only for approved SaaS), and then individual Knowledge articles for each approved SaaS (i could use a template this way and potentially integrate the creation of the KA into the catalog item flow).

Have others any thoughts on this or similar experience?

The Knowledge Base doesn't support dynamic content.

I recommend checking out
Documate. Documate is like the Confluence of ServiceNow and offers advanced documentation capabilities that can handle your needs more efficiently than a traditional KB.
