Displaying Knowledge Articles in Global Search

Hi Community,

I had a knowledge article, i have submitted it for revision and it is in build state now.

The first one is in build and second one is in publish state(PIC ABOVE).

But when i am searching it in global search with the article number then the article in build state is showing up instead of the one in publish state.

Any suggestions,

Please share the UI in which you are seeing the results. You can configure the global search to show only Published articles.

For the Knowledge Portal UI and Agent Contextual Search, it's controlled by role, and you can configure from the Knowledge > Properties page
