By default Azure AD does not support LDAP. If you have configured Azure to support LDAP via Azure AD DS (Azure Active Directory Domain Services), you can follow the LDAP authentication setup doc using a Mid-Server.

Couple questions. What type of integration: Authentication or automated provisioning in Azure?
Also, any particular reason to use a mid-server as you can go directly to Azure from your ServiceNow instance. Is this due to whitelisting or something else?
For provisioning in Azure, you can use the Azure Spoke with IntegrationHub or by leveraging Cloud Management for Azure.

Hi Jeff,
Its for Authentication not for provisioning. We are going to import Users and Groups from AD as LDAP integration.
Many Thanks
