Does anyone have the recipient list template?

For surveys and other targeted communications, ServiceNow states that you can upload an excel spreadsheet with a list of recipients. Unfortunately, the "download template" option is broken. Can anyone upload or send me the template so that I can create new recipient list using excel?

This is not working for me either. We are running London but also verified on Madrid Dev instance.

This was finally fixed in Madrid patch 5.  Now that I see the template, it's so silly that they couldn't have just told me what TWO cells to create in Excel in order to use the feature. For anyone else who needs it, I have attached the "template". I hope this help others who aren't upgraded yet!

@Renee - thanks for this! Apparently still not fixed in Madrid Dev. Question - what do you use for the sys_id column?

How did you import into your instance. The Download Template link points to a specific sys_id as well.
