Does Knowledge articles and knowledge categories capture in update set.
if no, how can we move articles and categories added in dev to test

Nope both are not captured
1) export import category via xml
2) then export import the articles via xml

I just updated the response and it doesn't capture in update set after I checked the table dictionary entry.
