Dynamic Content in a KB Article

Has anyone succeeded in running scripts or putting dynamic content into a knowledge base article by some other means?

Hey!   It's been a while.     What sort of reports did you have in mind?

Ya, hey! Well I know at one point, our Change Manager wanted to create a KB article that showed a couple different reports dynamically.   I think we eventually figured out a different way to do what he wanted but I see it possibly being a need in the future.   Or just being able to have a bunch of text that prefaces the report in a KB article would be pretty sweet.

For the text prefacing a report, you could probably put the report into an iframe within the kb article and then put whatever you wanted around it.   For the reports, I'm thinking you could have a drop down that would let you pick between the reports.   That can definitely be done on homepages/dashboards, but if it needed to be in a KB article, I don't see why it wouldn't work based on what I have been able to do thus far.   It's the running a script on load that has been the issue--loading the report in an iframe should work fine as should running a script to change the report when the drop down was updated.   I'd have to actually build it to say for sure, of course.
