Email receiving turn off automatically!!

Hi Everyone,

I'm using a free instance of servicenow, which has been running properly for the past two months until email receiving was switched off in the email properties. I switched it on again, but after a few hours, it turn off again. I suspected that some business rules or client scripts were causing this problem, so I disabled all of the latest business rules and client scripts, but the problem persisted.

 

Right now, I have temporarily handled this issue by creating a scheduled job that checks email receiving every 3 seconds and if detected off, automatically switches on email receiving.

 

Has anyone encountered a similar problem? If so, could you please help?

Hi @Mark Manders , according to the reference link in the post, we can configure sending and receiving emails using our Gmail email account via SMTP and POP. However, I am still experiencing this issue
