Email template not working in notifications

Hi

I have created a simple notification and used template but template content is not working but when i am writing email body it is taking. what could be the possible reason.

Hi @Amit_H ,

 

Make sure you have not written anything in notification body, if you will write anything in notification body even a single dot or space then email templates wont work. It is give first preference to email body.

i was having space in email body, after removing it worked.
