Hi All,

I have created a custom field reference to customer_account in the Requested Item table and added the read role.

But still i am getting ErrorPart of the query on sc_req_item has been ignored because of read security rules on sc_req_item.u_account error.

Please help in this,

Hi @Samiksha2 there should be a read ACL applied on u_account field, can you check? this error comes when user donot have read access to the account field.
