Hi there,
Our Knowledge Manager created 200+ articles in a new Knowledge Base in our Production Environment, and now would like them in our Test environment. This work was done backwards, (usually we do Dev to Test to Prod using Update Sets) but unfortunately not this time.
Any ideas how to achieve this? I've done a quick search online and see that it may have been possible in the past on previous versions of ServiceNow, but the export to xml doesn't appear to be a valid selection in Madrid.
Ideally... this option would be best suited!
Any help or suggestions is always appreciated.
Thank you,
Cory

Hi Cory,
Please navigate to the Knowledge articles table.
kb_knowledge_list
1. Using the gear icon, add the column "Knowledge Base" to the table by moving it to the right.
2. Filter the knowledge base by searching for the knowledge base you want to export as shown below:
3. You can now export in the any of the ServiceNow listed formats.
Please mark the answer "Helpful" if it helps or mark it as "Correct" if it answers your question.
Regards,
Abhishek

Hi,
You have to do this from a full list view, not a related list (by the way, pro tip, you can't export on any related list, ever...you'd have to right the filter breadcrumb thus far and choose "open in new window")...but...anyways, please navigate to your actual list of articles.
Please notice how my screenshot looks different than where you're at...
Please mark reply as Helpful/Correct. Thanks!
Please consider marking my reply as Helpful and/or Accept Solution, if applicable. Thanks!
