Flow Designer - How to trigger a UI action

Hi Guys,

My flow creates a Change request with 5 tasks. Everything saved as needed but I need to submit it for approval. How do I trigger the submit UI action?

Hi,

How you will make sure that the assessment is filled out before sending to approval?

Changes record has there own workflows and the user who submits this should take a risk assessment and then only it should go to approval.
