When using the latest Chrome stable release (90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (x86_64)) on MacOS Big Sur (11.3.1 (20E241)), I have been experiencing frequent crashes of Google Chrome when a list view in ServiceNow loads. It doesn't crash every time a list view loads, but it's frequent enough to be a major issue. The entire browser (not just a tab or window) completely crashes and I must relaunch the app afterwards. This seems to happen more frequently if the list view has grouped results, but not always. It can happen when looking at a list, a form with a related list, or a list-based report. There haven't been any changes in the ServiceNow environments I use recently. The only change I know of is that I got the Chrome update the week of 4/26/2021. MacOS had been updated 3/23/2021 (11.2.3) and then 5/4/2021 (11.3.1). This issue started the week of 4/26, if I remember correctly.
I know others have been experiencing this, but has anyone been able to determine the cause or a fix? I doubt it's anything that ServiceNow did recently (this happens in Paris and Quebec for me), but I'm guessing it's related to the latest stable Chrome version.

I was using Chrome 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (x86_64), but just a few moments ago, updated to 90.0.4430.212 (Official Build) (x86_64). I haven't been using it enough to know if it resolves the issue. Since I don't know the cause of the issue, it's hard to say whether the Chrome release notes address the issue.
I do use Tab Groups, but I don't know for sure if it's only occurring in a tab within a Tab Group.
I use the snutils plugin (it has crashed with it both enabled and disabled, so it appears to not be the cause) as well as AdBlock (which is disabled on *.service-now.com URLs, so that also shouldn't be the issue). Other than that, I have no plugins installed.

I experienced one crash following the update to 90.0.4430.212 (Official Build) (x86_64). I've been trying to make it happen again, but it's less frequent so far. I'll keep updating as I continue using this Chrome version.

I set myself up for failure by saying it only crashed once... it has crashed twice since then.

Out of desperation, I installed Microsoft Edge. The same crash happened when using Microsoft Edge Version 90.0.818.66 (Official build) (64-bit). It looks like I'm moving to Firefox (oh, what issues shall I find there...) or Safari (been there, done that, too many power features missing).
Surely someone else is experiencing this.
