Google Chrome crashing when a list view loads on MacOS

When using the latest Chrome stable release (90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (x86_64)) on MacOS Big Sur (11.3.1 (20E241)), I have been experiencing frequent crashes of Google Chrome when a list view in ServiceNow loads. It doesn't crash every time a list view loads, but it's frequent enough to be a major issue. The entire browser (not just a tab or window) completely crashes and I must relaunch the app afterwards. This seems to happen more frequently if the list view has grouped results, but not always. It can happen when looking at a list, a form with a related list, or a list-based report. There haven't been any changes in the ServiceNow environments I use recently. The only change I know of is that I got the Chrome update the week of 4/26/2021. MacOS had been updated 3/23/2021 (11.2.3) and then 5/4/2021 (11.3.1). This issue started the week of 4/26, if I remember correctly.

I know others have been experiencing this, but has anyone been able to determine the cause or a fix? I doubt it's anything that ServiceNow did recently (this happens in Paris and Quebec for me), but I'm guessing it's related to the latest stable Chrome version.

Few people in the company reported this issue. Strangely enough, on my 2015 Macbook Pro I never experienced this crash. Currently on macOS 11.4 and Chrome 91.0.4472.101, but I update regularly and it did not happen even before, with older versions.

This is related to PRB1498755.    Internal SN KB article you can reference with HI team is KB0963597.

ServiceNow instances cause Chrome version 90.0.4430.212 (and others) on MAC to crash abruptly

I'm not able to view these internal articles. Has there been any update / planned release information available?

It was apparently closed as "can’t reliably reproduce".  Though in the last week, I opened a new CS case, because it started happening 10+ times a day to me, so I can pretty reliably reproduce it.  I attached a video where I was able to trigger in under 4 minutes.  They are looking into it now.
