When using the latest Chrome stable release (90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (x86_64)) on MacOS Big Sur (11.3.1 (20E241)), I have been experiencing frequent crashes of Google Chrome when a list view in ServiceNow loads. It doesn't crash every time a list view loads, but it's frequent enough to be a major issue. The entire browser (not just a tab or window) completely crashes and I must relaunch the app afterwards. This seems to happen more frequently if the list view has grouped results, but not always. It can happen when looking at a list, a form with a related list, or a list-based report. There haven't been any changes in the ServiceNow environments I use recently. The only change I know of is that I got the Chrome update the week of 4/26/2021. MacOS had been updated 3/23/2021 (11.2.3) and then 5/4/2021 (11.3.1). This issue started the week of 4/26, if I remember correctly.
I know others have been experiencing this, but has anyone been able to determine the cause or a fix? I doubt it's anything that ServiceNow did recently (this happens in Paris and Quebec for me), but I'm guessing it's related to the latest stable Chrome version.

FYI SN had closed out the PRB has not reliably reproducible but I have a new HI ticket open and gave them a video where I was able to reproduce it in under 1 minute, in 3 attempts. Talking with another user on sndevs.slack.com it seems we may have found a trigger. I am curious if others experience this also.
Load a list view you have not loaded recently, or perhaps ever.
Then either
open a record and click the SN back button
OR
type a search in a column header search box and hit enter
(Or quite possibly other things - but between the two of us, it seems like the list view not recently visited, and the 2nd load of that list view, seem to be key in triggering it more reliably than sporadically)

I decided to give Chrome another try to see if things have improved. I am currently using Chrome 93.0.4577.63 (Official Build) (x86_64) on Mac OS Big Sur 11.5.2 (20G95) and have not had a crash in 4-5 days of regular use. *knocks on wood*

I jinxed myself... it crashed twice since my last post. Chrome updated to Version 93.0.4577.82 (Official Build) (x86_64) after I posted that last message.
I will say that it seems to occur less frequently. It seems to happen when working with an embedded list, like a list of child tasks that are on an HR Lifecycle Event form. It has not crashed on a regular list view since I started trying to use Chrome again.

Thanks for the info!
I would be curious if you are able to trigger it by....
Load a list view you have not loaded in a long time, or just some random table you never normally view
Then either
open a record and click the SN back button
OR
type a search in a column header search box and hit enter
