Highlight fields like in the Workspace

Hi,

 

If i am referring to this article comparison between Next Experience and UI16 : Interface Comparison between UI16 & the Next Experience

 

The list view should higlight priority filed like in Workspace (N°11) :

In my PDI, it seems that it is still the dots that appear and not the highlight :

Is there something to configure to apply the same style to normal list view like in Workspace ?
