Highlight fields like in the Workspace

Hi,

If i am referring to this article comparison between Next Experience and UI16 : Interface Comparison between UI16 & the Next Experience

The list view should higlight priority filed like in Workspace (N°11) :

In my PDI, it seems that it is still the dots that appear and not the highlight :

Is there something to configure to apply the same style to normal list view like in Workspace ?

Thanks!

--now-highlighted-value--tertiary_critical--boarder-color:238,118,131;
--now-highlighted-value--tertiary_critical--color:21,25,32;
--now-highlighted-value--tertiary_critical--background-color:240,200,205;

border-color:RGB(var(--now-highlighted-value--tertiary_critical--border-color,var(--now-color_alert--critical-1,221,133,129)));
color:RGB(var(--now-highlighted-value--tertiary_critical--color,var(--now-highlighted-value--tertiary--color,var(--now-color_text--primary,var(--now-color--netural-18,22,27,28)))));
background-color:RGB(var(--now-highlighted-value--tertiary_critical--background-color,var(--now-color_alert--critical-0,241,206,205)));

The result:

Any other suggestions?
