Homepage and Dashboard option in not visible in General Setting (gearbox) in San Diego release?

In the SanDiego instances update am able to see the Homepage and Dashboard option in the General Setting (gearbox) for your reference, please look into the picture of How can I make it visible in(the Sandiego release).

This instance is in the Quebec release.

 This instance is in the San Diego release.

From there:

San Diego has by default disabled homepages. 

System property - com.glideapp.home.deprecate_homepages is set to true which disables homepages by default and shows only dashboards. Need to set this property to false.

Make sure you make System property - com.glideapp.home.deprecate_homepages as false when on New UI and then refresh. You will not be able to see this sys property on Old Ui.
