Here search for Average age open Incident, you will get the score widget
Now you can add this score widget to any Dashboard of your choice to see the single scores

I added this to dashboard.
It showing me until Jan 6.
I just want total average age of all open incidents.
Like if there are total 50 open incidents in instance so average age of 50 open incidents today.

Go to the Dashboard Named Incident Management then goto Incident open tab. There you will see the widget Average age of Open Incident.
If your jobs are ative then it should show the correct value.

I am getting below graph
which is 181 days average age on 6jan 2022.
I am not able to understand how should I explain this to client how servicenow is calculating average age of open incidents.
The requirement is single value of average in days for all open incidents.
