How to change sort order of Categories in Knowledge V3?

I am creating Categories in a Knowledge V3 KB, running under Geneva.

Not only can I not find how to change the sort order of the Category entries, I can't even figure out what order they're appearing in - it's not alphabetical, and it's also not the order in which they were created.

How can I control this list?

The expected behavior is alphabetical sort, but there is a known issue. For Geneva, this is expected to be fixed in Patch 8, expected to be released by end of August.

Can you give me a screen shot of how your categories are appearing?



By default they're alphabetical for us and I don't believe we customized it, so I'd like to get an idea of what you're seeing.

We have the same issue. Here is the screenshot of our KB top level categories. As you can see they don't seem to be sorted in any specific order:

If anyone can help us with this, help would be appreciated.



Our "Knowledge section sort field:" property is set to Alphabetically but from what I have read this does not impact KB V3 angular page.

We also have the same issue with the category sort order. They are not in alphabetical order. Has this issue been resolved, and if so, what is the solution? We just went live with Geneva and need to get this resolved quickly.
