I am building a new service portal. So i did create a copy portal of default service portal. But I don't want to use out of box index page in it. I want to clone the oob index page and perform customization on it. Please let me how to do it. I am not finding a way to clone existing index page.
Also let me know how to restore oob service portal from some other environment. Or if you have update set please share.
Thanks,
MIMT M

Hi chuck,
Thanks for the reply. However if we take export page records we are not getting it's related records like containers, rows, and columns. All I am asking is there a way which we can the export of entire oob service portal and import in target instance...

Thanks for sharing Chuck and MI M and Regina.
Just make a page of your own and give the "HTML" widget in a container. You can choose any type of container that suits perfectly. Then you can write your own customized HTML in that area.
For login purpose, you can use "login" widget by cloning it and modifying it. By edit button, you can go to "Open in Platform" and edit the CSS and bootstrap classes as well.
Ultimately, if any CSS is not included to that page yet. You can just write CSS in "Page specific CSS" in that page definition. You can do any type of customization on any page.
Thanks and Regards,
