how to configure virtual agent on now mobile app

Any idea how virtual agent can be configured on now mobile app?

This is working for demo account but not for my personal dev account?

I don't see a lot of documentation on how to configure this.  It was just there for more.  Looking in the Studio, I was searching for a Applet Launcher for it.  I found it in the Studio Application "ITOM Virtual Agent".  You may want to check to make sure you have that and look at the roles. 

You will want to ensure your PDI is New York, but I assume you already have.
