I want to convert azure user mailbox to shared mailbox through ServiceNow. Is there any rest API or graph API to achieve this?

That may be a question more suitable for a Microsoft Community.

 

However, if I look in Graph Explorer | Try Microsoft Graph APIs - Microsoft Graph I don't see any possibility to do so.
