How to display field name right to field label?

Sometimes I can see in some instructional videos on Youtube that in the forms next to the field label also the field name is printed, for example: "Application | sys_scope".

How can this be achieved?

Hi All

I have added the one field name in Portal from and at the same time I have added the same field name in backend form where we give the data in portal form that should be automatically appears in the backend form.
