How to display message on the banner of service now native ui?

Hi Team,

I am looking to display a custom message on the banner of service now native ui (not in service portal login page). 

Is there any possibility to achieve this? Attaching the screenshot (rounded off with red) for better understanding the requirement. 

Please guide me achieve this.

There are three possiblities but not at the exact position you have highlighted check these examples once

 

Example 1 : LINK
